helpful staff reasonable prices
i stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for three nights and it was generally a good experience. i needed extra toilet paper, but the staff gave it to me when i asked in the morning. the pool bar was clean and the drinks had reasonable prices.
the address was hard to find at first.

lack of lift high price
The location was acceptable. It was about 15 minutes by foot to the town.
The room seemed worn. There was no lift and my room was on the top floor, so getting luggage upstairs was difficult. The price was high, and the room was just okay.

friendly staff pool access
I found the staff to be lovely . A cafe and bar are conveniently located next to the pool. Friendly staff are always available to book taxis. (I really appreciated that.) The pool had many sun loungers available.
The beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
nice staff spacious apartment nice balcony missing item broken surround masking tape
the staff were really nice. the apartment was basic, but it was spacious with good light and a nice balcony. the pool area was nice too, and it was only a 10-minute walk from a pretty beach.
our room was not fully clean with kitchen items missing, and it was very minimal. the balcony wooden surround was broken. plug sockets were still covered with masking tape from the room being painted.

clean pool available sunlounger convenient supermarket
i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for four nights. the pool area was clean. i noticed many sun loungers were available near the pool. a mercadona supermarket is within a five-minute walk (very handy for self-catering).
the kitchen had very minimal utensils.

friendly staff affordable drinks free amenities
the staff were friendly and available for questions i booked a taxi at the front desk easily the cafe and bar next to the pool had good food and drinks at a good price i found a large supermarket less than five minutes away by foot it was quite convenient. the pool had many sun loungers in shaded spots there was a nice friendly atmosphere. i appreciated the mini golf and table tennis being free amenities
the kettle in the kitchenette smelled quite bad i think a previous guest might have misused it when i asked reception for a replacement they told me they didn't have any spares i had to boil water in a pan to make coffee

the hotel is near a large supermarket this makes getting supplies easy there is a bus stop close by allowing convenient travel to other areas and a short walk takes you to bars restaurants and cafes

the apartment had good light and a nice balcony it was spacious and basic it included everything i needed my apartment was well appointed and clean towels and toilet paper were available when i requested them

the staff was attentive and nice i received the apartment earlier than expected which i appreciated i found the staff to be generally helpful and they promptly addressed my requests for extra towels it was a very nice touch
