the location was very convenient to nearby attractions. the pool area was also a plus, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun.

The room felt a bit outdated with some wear and tear visible. the noise from the hallway was noticeable, especially during peak hours. I could hear conversations and doors closing.

I found the free shuttle very useful to go to Universal. The return ride was equally convenient. The staff was wonderful. They returned a bag of money I had left by the pool. Access to breakfast was easy, with two food places and two Starbucks.

the location impressed me, near plenty of good restaurants. the price point for the room was very reasonable. the beds offered good comfort. the room included a microwave and refrigerator. housekeeping was available upon request, with staff offering refills of consumables like shampoo and coffee..
