michelle and marcus are such lovely hosts. they are very helpful. the location is great. the room was quiet and spacious. it even had an ensuite! cutlery and condiments were available upon request. we really appreciated the large coffee and tea mugs in the room.
the worn towels were not exactly what i expected.

the owner was friendly and helpful. the location is close to many attractions. the room included tea and coffee with proper mugs and a private bathroom with a shower. new carpet was installed and new flooring was in place.
the room showed some cosmetic wear, though it did not affect my stay.

The hotel provides tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Big mugs are included. this allowed for convenient beverage preparation throughout the stay. several cafes are also nearby for other meals.

The owners were really amazing. They were really good too ensure I had a nice stay. The location was also great with quiet spacious rooms. I found it had absolute value for money.
The shower had mold. The wallpaper was falling off the wall. It was not worth the price I paid for the night.

The hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. Proper mugs are available, a nice touch. There is also a pool table downstairs, though it showed some signs of wear.

The location is central, between the south and central pier. It is close to the main attractions, yet set back enough to be relatively quiet. The immediate area felt safe, even late at night.

the staff were really understanding and approachable! they were always polite. they always helped my little one down the stairs as i got the buggy out.
the fact i was rang at 12.30 pm of the day of check in to say they couldn't accommodate me though check in is 3pm.
