Wonderful Experience
good size room working air conditioning honest tour
I really enjoyed my stay. I had a good size room. the air conditioning worked very WELL. They were HONEST. Breakfast had a good selection of Asian and foreign dishes, which I found fresh.
The hotel is close to a busy road. I requested a quiet room, yet the hotel didn't provide it. Motorbikes and tuk-tuks were loud all night. Sleep WAS impossible.

The staff at the front desk answered questions quickly. Housekeeping provided fresh towels each day. The hotel offered prompt laundry services with affordable prices and high quality.

strong mold strange smell
the location was acceptable, a short walk to the beach.
my room smelled strongly of mold. the bathroom felt old, and the toiletries seemed very low quality (i think, they had a strange smell). the breakfast felt quite basic, it didn't meet my expectations (i thought there'd be more).

The room had good air conditioning (it kept the room very cool). The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom included a separate bath and shower. I found the room to be a really good size with lots of space.
Only one light bulb was working in the room, and the TV had sound but no picture. they resolved this quickly.

The hotel is near the beach and several stores. the staff provided professional service, and the room was cleaned daily. the bed offered comfort for a restful sleep. I had a good experience overall.
The initial room had a moldy smell. i asked for another room as a result. the hot water was intermittent in the second room. It wasn't consistently available.

stained sheets slow elevator
The room looked quite old and tired. i noticed some stains on the sheets which wasn't very nice, and the bathroom needed a better clean. the elevator was also really slow. I often preferred to take the stairs, though it was quite inconvenient

The staff provided help. They really showed effort. Location! It was perfect, and I got to the beach fast. The man attending was honest. Breakfast had many choices, including Asian dishes!
The light bulb wasn't working perfectly. That was almost not ideal.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the good-sized room (it felt quite spacious). the shower pressure was also good. the location was convenient for getting around.
my room faced a busy road, so it was noisy. the motorcycle and tuk-tuk sounds continued all night. i found sleep difficult because of this (i really needed earplugs). the hotel looked a bit drab and could use an upgrade.
