great stay near historical sites
excellent location versatile breakfast helpful staff
i found the location excellent for getting around. the breakfast had versatile items. the reception staff were helpful with questions i had. they allowed me to keep my suitcase in a secure room after checkout.
i was disappointed the roof terrace was advertised but not open. it was still advertised outside the lifts. the bar lobby felt empty. it did not appear to operate as a bar .

the room was clean it was also comfortable. my room had a television with many channels. the bathroom was modern and well maintained.

the hotel included a pool and spa. i used the swimming pool it was one reason i booked the hotel. there were massage services available at the spa.

the hotel is near public transport like the marmaray metro. it is within walking distance to the eminönü pier. two tram stops will take you to famous sites like the blue mosque.

Adequate stay with some drawbacks.
small room mediocre quality
The hotel felt a bit outdated. My room was quite small, I think. the breakfast lacked variety. It was the same options every single day, and the quality was mediocre.

Acceptable stay with some issues
closed terrace poor cleanliness
The advertised rooftop terrace was closed. This was disappointing, as the website still promoted it. The room was also not as clean as i would have expected (there were some hairs in the bathroom).
