The staff were genuinely friendly and provided great recommendations. i loved that they offered complimentary coffee, juice, and sweets! the location was excellent. It felt safe and quiet, tucked away from the noisy streets.
i noticed a slightly strong smell of humidity in the first-floor room i had initially.

The reception team impressed me. They were friendly, professional and very helpful. the staff are fluent in english , made communication simple. They are very polite. i really felt they cared about my experience.

My standard double room included air conditioning. It worked so well, keeping the room perfectly cool. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and the fridge was restocked with bottled water. the bed was large and comfortable!

I appreciated the complimentary brewed coffee, snacks, and water provided. The room included Netflix. The common area had the feel of a hostel, however, the facilities were those of a hotel.
My room had no balcony, so I could not enjoy the fresh air.

The staff exhibited genuine warmth and attentiveness. They provided well-organized suggestions for local activities and assisted with laundry and tour bookings. Communication in english was effortless.

the staffs were amazing. mimi was very kind and helpful with recommendations. i even get a free room upgrade into a bigger room, that was so nice and really comfortable. it was very affordable to.
when i arrive i discover i cannot enjoy the pool. the pool was hs though the temperature is very high. the hotel not let me know in advance, i must keep my reservation.
