Clean Rooms, Great Location
soft bed quality lining renovated room walking distance
The beds are very soft with high quality lining. I received a new room. It was probably recently renovated, and I liked its comfort. The location is close to a metro station which is about eight minutes walking distance. The hotel is well isolated from outside noise. It was quiet.
The bathroom amenities and the provided coffee and tea are very sparse. One lady at the front desk was not friendly. She was not helpful, even though she seemed to have English skills.

fantastic seomyeon stay!
spacious room jacuzzi bathtub excellent location
I had a super spacious room with a jacuzzi bathtub, which i used every day! seomyeon was the right neighborhood. the location was perfect for exploring local attractions and i appreciated the nearby public transport options. Plus, there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance!
there was one lady at the front desk who wasn't very friendly or helpful, even though she seemed to have better english skills than she let on.

the hotel offers self-laundry now, including a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. these machines cost 4000 won each! this amenity was a convenient addition, especially for longer stays, and i thought it was very helpful.

the superior double room included quality bathroom cosmetics and a clothing styler! my room was clean, quiet, and spotlessly maintained. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable, and the beds felt really comfortable.

this hotel is in an area where you can easily access the metro! it's also very close to seomyeon metro station. the hotel is near food, shopping places and a lotte department store, so i found it very convenient.

the staff was cute and helpful, providing immediate assistance when needed. i asked the staff to fix the tv, and they did! the front desk spoke english very well, so communication wasn't a problem.

Acceptable but with NOTICEABLE flaws
soundproofing problem limited breakfast
The hotel's location near the subway proved convenient.
The noise from the bowling alley on the fifth floor severely impacted my stay. It continued late into the night. The room lacked proper soundproofing. The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and average quality. THIS made restful sleep difficult.

terrible noise insulation unhelpful staff
The central location was convenient. Plenty of restaurants were close by.
The noise insulation was terrible. I could hear guests in the next room and street noise late into the night. I asked for an extra pillow because of a medical issue and was told they could not provide one. It was disappointing, especially when other hotels have accommodated such requests.
