Really good Convenience and Comfort

The hotel's proximity to Haneda Airport is wonderfully convenient, particularly with the train station just a short walk away. I found various dining options nearby. The room provided all essential amenities, and I especially liked having electrical outlets conveniently placed near the bed. The supermarket across from the hotel was useful.
Soundproofing could be improved. I occasionally heard noise from the car park and surrounding rooms.

The room included helpful amenities, like water bottles, and a complete set of toiletries, which met my needs. Blackout curtains were included in the room and provided darkness! All in all, it was well-equipped.

the rooms had blackout curtains , made a huge difference after my late arrival i found the staff helpful and very efficient. there is a supermarket directly across from the hotel and it stays open late.
i could hear people from the car park but only slightly

The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel has convenient access to shops and restaurants near the train station.
The double room was very small I found. There was not enough room for two suitcases. I experienced air conditioning issues it would start and stop unexpectedly.

The location was fine. It was close to the station.
The room was small. I struggled to open my luggage inside. the air conditioning seemed faulty. It kept starting abruptly and wouldn't turn off when set. these issues impacted my comfort considerably

the hotel is near a metro station. it is also close to the airport. a lawson store and a market are conveniently located nearby. i found it easy to get food and access an atm.
The room i booked online supposedly included breakfast. i was informed at the hotel that breakfast was not included. i needed to pay extra for it. the room lacked sufficient space for luggage. it barely fit the double bed.

The hotel is very close to the train station. this made travel very easy. i also liked the vending machine outside the room. It was very convenient. the personnel was very pleasant and the room was very clean.
The double room i stayed in was very small. I did not have enough room for two suitcases. i did not like that the hotel was a smoking floor. the rooms stank of smoke. This was unpleasant.

My room was small!!! i barely managed to open my suitcase. the air conditioning was also problematic. It turned on at full blast without stopping when set to do so. this made sleeping quite uncomfortable.
