The hotel is right across the street from a metro station (I swear, I almost tripped over the entrance!).
The room was REALLY small. I reminded me of I was in a fancy sardine can. The air conditioning only blew hot air. There was no option for just a fan so I ended up SWEATING. they didn't clean the room at all.

I was super happy with the location. It was right next to the train station! the staff were friendly and always willing to help, even when i needed to store my luggage before check-in. my room was very clean, and i appreciated that they changed the towels and toiletries daily.

my standard single room had all the essential amenities that i needed , including toiletries and fresh towels daily. the room, while compact, was clean and well maintained, and the bed was really comfy too! it was perfect for resting after a long day.

it made getting to the haneda airport simple in less than 50 minutes. the location is convenient and perfect for exploring nearby areas. the wifi worked great.
the air conditioning didn't work well, so the room felt uncomfortable.
