the staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly, i could always count on them. my room was really spacious and clean! i loved that the breakfast was included because it saved me time and money each morning!

The breakfast included a great selection. It really fueled my mornings! The pool was a good size and very clean. The staff at reception was particularly great. I felt welcomed. Restaurants nearby were very convenient.

the room required improvements. holes existed in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet roll holder was loose. the shower floor lacked cleanliness, and the air conditioning emitted a loud noise i expected better maintenance.

i found a very friendly person working at the front desk when i got there. the location saved me money since everything was close. the superior double room with balcony was modern and spacious. the balcony was a nice feature to have.

The walls were a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noises from other rooms. it wasn't a huge problem, but it was noticeable at times.

The cleaning staff was very efficient. They cleaned my room daily and provided fresh towels. the location helped me a lot. the front desk allowed me to store my luggage after i checked out. That helped a lot.

the location was acceptable.

The room was outdated. Everything seemed to fall apart, specifically the floor and air conditioning unit. there were no shower curtains, so the bathroom flooded after each shower and became quite slippery. the air conditioning was loud. I guess i should be grateful it even worked at all.

The location proved convenient. My room had ample wardrobe space, I think it was a good feature. The breakfast included a good variety of options, i enjoyed it a lot.

Sound insulation between hallway and rooms is minimal, so i heard hall noise sometimes.

I really disliked the noise at night. There was constant traffic. plus, the walls felt paper-thin. i could hear everything my neighbors did, which wasn't ideal for a relaxing trip!
