the room felt cramped, a significant issue for the price i paid. also, i found hairs on one of the clean towels. furthermore, there was some dirt on the beds.

i loved that the super nice team and friendly i got a free room upgrade the shower was really powerful it had a lovely deep bath too the terrace was very spacious. i also liked the quiet location and how central it was plus it was close to the tram station i received a huge chilled bottle of water as i left.
the hotel was a bit dated i think a refresh would improve things

the hotel is situated only seven minutes walk to the beach i found many stores and restaurants nearby the location was so convenient the hotel is situated in a quiet location perfect for a relaxing stay.

The staff were friendly. The location was convenient. Public transport was nearby. Access to buses and the tram was good. The hotel was outside the main tourist area, so it was less congested.
The hotel was a bit dated. It could do with a refresh. A refresh might improve the overall experience. The bathroom pipes had a bad smell.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit in my room worked great. It cooled the room quickly (a big plus for me!). I received a complimentary bottle of water upon checking out. It was a thoughtful touch.
