breakfast was good! the room featured new carpet. i found a nice bath in the room, perfect for relaxation after a long day. the staff was nice, and the bar offered a great spot for evening drinks.
i noticed some areas in the communal spaces looked a little dated. a fresh coat of paint would make a big difference, but it wasn't a major issue

i liked the great sea views and found the staff friendly. one gentleman from the bar helped me when i locked my key inside my room. the breakfast had sufficient choices and was good, i really enjoyed my stay.
the hotel and room are quite dated. the room was small, with a small bathroom and a leaking toilet. the wallpaper was coming off and the floors creaked.

it is a pleasant, flat walk along the promenade to the local town. lots of shops are within a 20 minute walk. a cinema and pier are close to the hotel.
