great locationnoisy building works
The location was great. It was close to the beach and the metro (which I actually used a few times).
My experience wasn't the best. the building works were noisy. It would have been nice to know about this in advance (a little heads-up would have been appreciated, not gonna lie).

i found the location quite good. it was a short walk to copacabana beach, maybe seven minutes. breakfast was really nice. the rooftop pool had a view of christ the redeemer.
the key card system broke every day. i needed the reception to reset it. this became very annoying. the hotel didn't feel that comfortable or clean to me

excellent stay, great location!
quick check-indiligent staffmissing kettle
check-in was quick and easy. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. i thought i lost my phone on the tour bus, but the reception guy diligently contacted the tour company. the room was huge with its own jacuzzi. it was really worth the money spent!!!
i wish there was a kettle in the room. then i could have bought my own coffee. it would have been very convenient.

the hotel is centrally located. it allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the supermarket is just one block away, very convenient for getting any supplies.

the staff was helpful and spoke english. money exchange is available at the reception desk, and the exchange rate was good. the housekeeping service kept the room clean .

the room was spacious, modern, and bright. it included new furniture. the shower had great water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. power outlets at the bedside worked well.
