the location is great near little tokyo station. everything felt so clean and the room was spacious. the staff seemed very friendly to me.
My room was very noisy with sounds from the street. the saturday night had guests coming and going loudly. It made it difficult to sleep.

The lobby art caught my attention upon arrival. Masuma was very helpful and ready to assist with check-in.. The room included a fridge, convenient for storing drinks. I liked the dimming lights in the room.

the location proves very Convenient. It is near Little Tokyo Station. The rooms features ample space and overall cleanliness. The staff is very friendly, and the price seems very good.
the shower stall included a grimy chair that i thought needed scrubbing. i found NO hot water for showers on my floor, a disappointment.

I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The room had both a safe and a fridge, which I found very useful. Coffee shops were conveniently located right outside the door (perfect for morning coffee runs!).
I noticed that the room could be quite noisy. Street and corridor sounds were clearly audible, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep soundly.

I appreciated the code system for the hotel entrance. It added a layer of security. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially masuma who was super kind. the location was great, close to the metro stop!). my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the payment system was a bit old, and my card needed a few tries to work.
