The hotel is super close to the masjid nabawi, less than two minutes to the gates. This was convenient. the staff were friendly and spoke english. the rooms included new water bottles every day. I appreciated that.
I noticed that the single beds felt a bit hard! the bathroom looked dated. It could use some updating.

The hotel is near the Prophet's Mosque. The walk is only a few minutes. The hotel provided a toothbrush, dental paste, slippers, a machine, and hair paste. The reception staff are excellent. They are very friendly. I got new water bottles every day. That was nice.
The shower place felt very tight and small.

The location proved acceptable as it was situated very close to the haram.
The room was TOO small. There were no towels present upon arrival and, despite several requests, staff NEVER provided them. Parking was not available. The hotel should have informed me of this before my arrival. BREAKFAST was also unavailable.

The hotel is just a four-minute walk to el masjid el naboy. I could easily see the masjid and hear azan. the hotel's proximity to haram gate #316 greatly simplified access, saving time and effort, it's very convenient.
