limited reception hoursinsufficient water temperature
The reception hours were limited. it operated only from 08:30 to 13:00. the shower water was not hot enough for me. It was only warm. i waited quite a while for a taxi after checking out. It took 24 minutes.

This hotel boasts a central location near St Lazarus Church and many restaurants. The staff were helpful with any questions I had (especially regarding local spots). I found the room very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The reception had limited hours, operating only from 08:30 to 13:00. This could be inconvenient if you needed assistance outside those times.

The room included air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I also noted the bathroom size was good, providing adequate space for toiletries. The room also had a fridge, which helped to keep water and snacks cold.

This hotel does not offer breakfast. many restaurants and a bakery are nearby. I found several good options just steps from the hotel for breakfast and dinner (the local bakery was amazing!).

The staff provided clear instructions for self check-in as the reception was closed when I arrived. I requested extra pillows, and the hotel quickly provided three additional ones. I found this was very helpful.

The hotel features a peaceful garden at the back, which I enjoyed. There is also a common balcony that offers nice views of the main square. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony each evening.

The location was fine. It was central to many things.
The room was small and it was very noisy at night. Loud music kept me awake. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear other guests which was disturbing. also, the air conditioning was very loud
