My room was big, and it had ample tea and coffee. The shower had excellent power and plenty of hot water. The parking was good, and it was easy to find.

Breakfast was poor with minimal choice of cereals and juice. I had to ask for juice, and no offering was made, though there were no pastries, yoghurt, or fruit.

the parking was included, a great convenience. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast.

The carpet felt sticky. It really needed cleaning. there were no bedroom slippers provided, a small but noticeable absence.

the location was great, very close to the city centre.

the tv remote didn't work, and there wasn't a comfortable chair in the room! there also wasn't anywhere to put towels, really frustrating. the breakfast selection was very limited.

The location was good. It was easy enough to get to the city center.

The room lacked windows, and it felt quite claustrophobic. the carpet was sticky. It was like it had not been cleaned in ages. it made walking around unpleasant (it was really off-putting).

the room smelled unpleasant when I first entered it, and I think the staff assumed I had been eating in there. i hadn't even opened my suitcase yet! the room was quite cold on arrival and took a long time to warm up.
