ideal location helpful staff convenient service

The location proved ideal, placing me near key city attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The terrace offered a lovely spot for enjoying coffee with a view. I found the luggage storage service after checkout quite convenient.

I found the room somewhat difficult to locate initially and access presented a minor challenge.

central location train station kind hosts

The location was steps away from the piazza maggiore. Shops and restaurants were similarly close. my husband and i could walk to the main train station. the hosts were very kind and helpful.

the location was acceptable. it was near the main tourist area.

The shared bathroom was a significant issue. i found it inconvenient not having a private bathroom attached to the room. also. the noise levels were unacceptable. when someone used the water, it created a loud noise. I found this disturbing during the night.

cute owners clean place cozy feeling perfect location

the owners are super cute! they were also very helpful. the place is very clean. it felt very cozy! laura. the location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and well connected.

the shared bathrooms were not my favorite. i understand that this is a feature of an older building.

The owners were very helpful. They gave us maps and suggestions about the area. The terrace offered a amazing view of the towers. The room was beautiful, and the bedsheets felt crisp and clean.
