the location was amazing. it was very close to the port and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the beautiful looking place.
our room did not get cleaned during our entire stay. it was evident someone had entered our room on the second day. the room was generally unclean when we entered. there were lots of bugs.

the staff was amazing and accommodating. i stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. it had comfortable, separate bedrooms. one bedroom featured a pomegranate tree view with jasmine scents. the other bedroom opened to a sweet balcony. it was perfect. we had everything we needed and even more. the location was super convenient.
the room didn't get cleaned throughout my entire stay. it seemed someone entered while we were out. the room felt generally unclean upon arrival. i didn't feel safe after someone entered our room. that was unnerving. it was off-putting that there was no cleaning service. flushing toilet paper on the island is not allowed.

breakfast included a selection of sweet, savory food. i enjoyed the lovely gardens while having breakfast! the gardens also served as a bar. they offered a place to rest during the day. it was fabulous.

The hotel features a central courtyard with many trees! tables, chairs are available under the trees. rooms include a terrace or space with a table, two chairs outside. i found it gorgeous. i felt so relaxed. That's what i needed.

the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. they gave great tips . the ladies at reception were really hospitable. it was a wonderful and comforting feeling.

I REALLY enjoyed the garden area! It was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with directions and tips. My room was well-kept and clean.
The lighting in the room wasn't the best.
