i appreciated the friendly front desk staff. free tea and coffee were available. dental kits, combs, tissues, and shoe shine items were in the bathroom (nice touch!).
housekeeping entered my room without knocking while i was napping (they already cleaned it in the morning).

access to many metro lines is convenient. bus #1 is nearby, it takes you to the center and salamanca. an uber ride to the city center is only 15 minutes.

my superior king room had wonderful space. the bed was so soft i fell asleep quickly. the staff were courteous and responsive to every request i made.
the noise made it difficult to relax in the room until evening. i wish i had been notified of this before my arrival.

The location offered easy access to the metro and various restaurants. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Assistance was readily available from the staff whenever needed. I found that free tea and coffee were included. Many hotels do not offer those amenities.
The soundproofing WAS not great, and I could hear street noise.
