charming stay in a central spot

check-in was smooth and i could enter with no problems, despite being an hour late. reception was very helpful and even lended me a charger since mine was for uk plugs. the room was quiet. it was cozy with personal curtains for darkness. the bar had very affordable drinks.
the shower temp changed fast, almost scalding at times. it'd be better with proper shower gel instead of small sachets.

The sound isolation wasn't great so I could hear noise from other rooms and the corridor.

The location was great. I was close to many key attractions. The staff offered helpful service, especially with directions. My room included a shower and sink, which i found very convenient. The downstairs bar provided affordable drinks.
I noticed the shared toilet could use more frequent cleaning, this was a slight inconvenience.
