the location was very convenient, near shops and the theatre. parking on the drive was available, i found this helpful. the breakfast selection was good, it included a cooked option. the host was helpful.
i found the mattress worn, and the springs were sore. there were also stains on the mattress and quilt. the remote for the television was also unclean.

the owner was friendly and helpful, i found it quite cute. amanda provided a superb haggis breakfast. the staff was very pleasant and informative for all kind of needs.

the rooms were clean and the receptionist was helpful. there is free parking directly in front of the hotel. the location allows walking distance to the town center. breakfast was good.
i found the mattress quite worn. the springs were very sore when turning over, especially on my hips. the mattress was also stained and had some blood spots.

the location is convenient for accessing the town center. free parking is available directly in front of the building.
the shower drain was heavily clogged with hair and other debris. i attempted to clean it, but the drain remained very slow. the toilet tank refill was also unusually slow. i was concerned about potential flooding.

parking on the drive worked for me.
the room they gave me was tired. the curtains had a weird smell, probably because they never clean them. the bedding had long hairs, and i'm bald. i didn't even bother with breakfast cause i doubted the cleanliness after that.

Mixed Feelings About the Stay
uncomfortable bedgrimy remote control
The bed was really not comfortable. I could feel the springs. The remote control for the TV looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, it was actually quite grimy. I didn't feel comfortable using it. I think the room needs a serious deep clean.
