the sleeping areas are separate for men and women! i used a big locker. it fit a lot of my belongings, it was useful. the showers included rain shower heads, they also offered a big changing area.
the sheets made noise like a plastic bag. this noise made it difficult to sleep when other guests moved around early in the morning

The hotel provides pajamas and towels daily! it also gives out a toothbrush each day. bed sheets and pillowcases are changed daily. This helps maintain cleanliness. air conditioners run continuously maintaining air quality.

the location is very convenient with ningyocho station nearby. i found several convenience stores and a coin laundry close by, useful. the facilities were clean and well kept. i appreciated having lockers to store my belongings .
the capsule's sound isolation was not perfect, i could hear other guests snoring.

the location was convenient near the station. i could easily access different parts of the city (though i mostly just wanted ramen).
the noise was a significant issue. there was no soundproofing, so i heard every snore and shuffle throughout the night. the capsule itself wasn't particularly comfortable. the flimsy shutter did little to block out light.
