the location was very close to tree town! the staff from reception to housekeeping were wonderful. it was a short walk to central mall and the beach. it was right in the middle of everything.
The noise from tree town made it impossible to sleep. I could actually feel the base notes on my chest. i woke up several times at 3 am when they gave the music an extra blast. i am not sure if a room on the other side of the building would help though one was not available.

The staff was excellent and ready to help. i found a welcome package that included drinks and snacks. the location is very convenient with many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room takes a little while to cool off.
The bathroom lighting was too dim. This made it difficult to see clearly.

the room was a suitable size and very clean. the soft towels were replaced daily. i also appreciated that the room was cleaned every day.

the rooftop pool is wonderful to use. the beach and beach road are in easy walking distance. there are many bars, massage places, and shops nearby this hotel.

There is no restaurant on-site. many good options for breakfast and other food can be found nearby. this made it easy to find something to eat whenever i wanted.

The staff are really good. They are young, enthusiastic people! one daytime receptionist used her initiative to recommend a solution for a situation i did not raise with her. they always had a smile.

pretty noisy, unfortunately

the noise levels were really frustrating. i stayed in a room facing the street and the music from nearby bars went on until like 3 or 4 in the morning. it made it really hard to get any sleep. i even tried using earplugs, but the bass vibrations were intense. seriously, sleep quality suffered!

windows are thin so i hear everything. i could hear music at night.
