The reception staff WERE professional, and they responded promptly to my requests. I appreciated the quick response when I reported that my AC was not working. Someone came to my room immediately. The hotel is near the mosque, and it is a reasonable walk. The location IS great with many food options nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mosque, approximately a 10-minute walk to outer gate 310. This gate provides access to gates 5 and 6 of the mosque. Numerous restaurants, markets, and shops are just outside the hotel.

The room included a spacious area and comfortable features. I appreciated that the room size accommodated my needs well, and the finishes looked modern. The room setup provided enough space to move around comfortably. IT was well equipped.

The location was indeed convenient! near the Masjid-Un-Nabawi. Basic provisions included drinking water and a kettle. The room offered a good view. Also the price was acceptable.

the hotel location was acceptable.
the staff seemed disinterested and slow. It took a long time to get simple requests fulfilled. cleanliness was really bad. I saw stains on the walls and carpets in the hallway.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the Masjid Nabawi about a 7 minute walk I noticed several pakistani restaurants directly in front of the building the fast WIFI was a plus as was the spacious reception area. The hotel had luxurious interiors and created a generally beautiful atmosphere a real advantage was the price that seems worth it when considering overall comfort and aesthetics.
I found that more attention could be directed to small details specifically with regards to bathroom amenities where I had to request additional items like toilet paper.

The manager Adil provided a warm welcome basic essentials were available including tea and water it is important to note however that personal items like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided I appreciate the staff's politeness and helpfulness.

the location was approximately a seven-minute walk to masjid nawabi. several pakistani restaurants were right in front. the hotel room was spacious and clean. i found the bed to be very comfortable.
I noticed some fixes are needed even though rooms are newly renovated. i experienced water leaking in the washroom. There were also busted lights.
