inconvenient shuttlelong walk

The wifi was basically nonexistent, frustrating. I needed it for work. also, the shuttle service to the haram was not very convenient. It dropped us off quite far away. the walk from there was really long, it was tiring because of road closures.

The building showed good interiors. The room included a fridge with tea and coffee. Bed sheets feel fresh and pleasant to me. Staff seemed hard working.

I noticed corridors bins were full all over. No one takes out the bins, this is not convenient. The hotel should improve this service for a better stay.

A cleaning worker called Nasser demonstrated good services. He had politeness and friendly interactions with colleagues. I think asking the information desk to send Nasser becomes useful if you need anything. He felt helpful.

The hotel felt spacious. A welcome retreat after busy days. i found the staff friendly. They offered genuine help with directions. Made things smooth. the shuttle service to the haramain, running every half hour, gave me convenient access to prayers.

the price was good especially considering how close it was to the haram.

Check-in took far too long. I waited almost an hour. the room card was also unreliable. I had to return to reception multiple times. this was quite annoying after long days.

The shuttle service to alharam was indeed useful. It ran regularly. the rooms were clean and the lobby plus corridors also looked clean.

for several days there was no hot water, and i could not shower properly. the staff at reception took my room number but did not resolve the issue.

the room was clean. facilities such as the shop inside were helpful. coffee, tea, and kettles were available.

The staff was not friendly. i reached one hour early. They did not treat me well. the shuttle service arrived later than one hour, so i took a taxi both ways. This service should be removed from the advertising.
