I found the location quite convenient! A bus stop near the building offered regular services to the city center. My room was also spacious and comfortable, with a well-supplied kitchen that included breakfast ingredients. Simon seemed a friendly host.
The room got a bit cold. The shower looks nice though water pressure wasn't ideal. It was too dark in the bathroom for shaving, and that was a bit inconvenient.

The hosts, simon and catherine. They were restoring this victorian hotel, and their passion shined. a free breakfast included bread, eggs, and cereals. a communal kitchen just across the landing from my room had everything i needed.
the area surrounding the hotel seemed a bit run down, the main commercial street needing some love.

the host gave quick responses ahead of arrival and a lovely warm welcome! i saw a guest kitchen stocked with breakfast things. seating areas. this was very useful for eating takeaway food, not in my room.

The hotel isnt central but it has convenient busses to the city centre. It stopped almost at the doorstep. the town centre was easily accessible, and a good choice of cafes are very nearby. These cafes are just around the corner.

the room was spacious and very confortable! a dehumidifier was present in the room! there was a large bed and comfy couch, along with a fridge with tea, coffee, and milk. the door was secure.

The room had drinks making facilities. I found instructions to access accommodation sent on check-in day. There was a guest kitchen. A room fridge was also available if needed.
The room was cold. I found the shower prioritized style over substance. It was also too dark to shave in the bathroom.
