mixed feelings about this stay
missing bulbs messy office
the room definitely had issues , like the light switch wasn't working and some of the bulbs were missing. i eventually found a working bulb in a bedside lamp , but it was a bit of a pain. also , there were cleaning supplies just sitting on the stairs , which didn't exactly scream 'guest house' to me.

Adequate Stay Near the Beach
convenient location helpful staff provided parking unclean room insecure lock out-of-date bread
The location was certainly convenient. I found it easy to access the beach. Staff members were helpful. They allowed kitchen use. I also appreciated the provided parking pass.
The room was not the cleanest. I noticed chocolate on the bedding upon arrival. The lock on the second room door did not feel very secure. The toast bread was out of date.

unexpected comfort near the beach
convenient location short walk easy access
i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to both the pleasure beach and south pier. the tram line right outside was also useful. i appreciated the easy access to local attractions.
the shower pressure was a bit weak, but i managed.

The family room had comfortable beds. They were suitable for our family of four. i noticed the room was quite clean upon arrival. it included tea and coffee making facilities, a plus.

The free wifi worked very well throughout my stay, a service i value. access to kitchen facilities was available. I could cook and wash. i also received a free parking pass, i could park outside easily.

the proximity to the waterpark was very convenient for us. a wetherspoons pub nearby offered affordable meals and drinks. the tram line made it easy to get around, especially with young children in tow.
